• All LohasTea will be shipped to worldwide directly from product origin, Taiwan via Taiwan post international express. The freight cost is different depending on the weight. You can use our Estimated shipping cost on the View Cart page to estimate the shipping cost prior to checkout.
• The shipping cost will be covered by LohasTea when orders more than usd60-. Once received your order, we attempt to ship all orders within 3 days Monday to Friday and confirm the EMS tracking number to you by e-mail. The delivery time is different depend on destination and customs conditions in each country. You can click the "delivery time table" or "EMS tracking service" to track the shipping status.

Return

• We will gladly exchange damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped items. Please contact us for product exchange within a week after receiving the product. Additional shipping will be paid by Lohastea. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please save the item and all packaging for inspection by the carrier.
• Our tea is in vacuum bags of packaging to ensure the quality of the tea during the transportation. We are unable to accept any exchange or return to your order once bag open except for damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped merchandise.
• Once shipped, we are unable to accept any change or cancellation to your order.
  If the parcel does not reach its destination because the purchaser incorrectly entered the delivery address, we don't accept responsibility. Therefore, please enter the delivery address carefully and correctly.
