ABOUT Shan Lin Xi Oolong Tea
The tea planting area is located in primitive forest of Shan Ling Xi which is at altitude of more than 1800 meters. The climate of the area is consistently cool and humid and it causes the slow growth of tea trees. the tea farms scatter around the fir forest.  The special weather and soil conditions also give Shan Ling Xi Oolong tea identical flavor and special taste of "bring sweet from bitter". It is recommended to who often drink high Mt. Oolong tea.
Making a perfect cup
To make a 8 oz. cup tea with approximate a teaspoon of tea leaves. There are two steps for brewing the tea. First, pour boiling water into the cup, cover it and leave it for 55 seconds. And then, pour out all the water but keep the leaves in the cup after the first 55 seconds and prepare for the second step. The second step is to pour boiling water into the cup, cover it and leave it for 45 second. After the two steps, the tea is ready for drink!
You can pour boiling water into the cup to make tea for several times with the same one spoon of tea leaves.
