ABOUT Li Shan Oolong Tea
Li shan is located at the high altitude of more than 2000 meters and the environment is ideal for tea planting. The climate is consistently cool and humid and it causes the slow growth of tea trees. As a result, the tea leaves have thicker mesophyll and great taste.
Li shan is also a famous place for fruits and vegetables planting. Because the tea farms scatters among fruit trees and thus the tea trees absorb the natural fragrance of fruits. Li Shan Oolong tea has the special taste of the natural sweetness of pear. This characteristic makes Li shan Oolong the highest grade of tea around the world.
Li shan Oolong tea has slightly bitter woody undercurrent but the aftertaste is definitely sweet.It is recommended to who often drink Oolong tea and love the aroma of fruits.
Making a perfect cup
To make a 8 oz. cup tea with approximate a teaspoon of tea leaves. There are two steps for brewing the tea. First, pour boiling water into the cup, cover it and leave it for 55 seconds. And then, pour out all the water but keep the leaves in the cup after the first 55 seconds and prepare for the second step. The second step is to pour boiling water into the cup, cover it and leave it for 45 second. After the two steps, the tea is ready for drink!
You can pour boiling water into the cup to make tea for several times with the same one spoon of tea leaves.
